Aisha Najima Ndela is the Founder & CEO of The WelLiLi U.I.D.E.G Co. LLC, a U.S.-registered digital studio supported by a small remote team, bringing clarity, wellness, and creativity to beauty brands.
She grew up between cultures — Japanese and Ghanaian — and inside a hair salon, where she learned how beauty connects people, shapes identity, and reflects community.
After training in Nail Technology and Makeup Artistry in New York, studying holistic wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and exploring business innovation through Harvard’s Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, she began building the framework that would become The WelLiLi studio.
Today, Aisha leads with a focus on clarity, cultural awareness, and helping beauty and wellness brands grow with intention and glow. She stays closely involved in every project, nurturing each one with the clarity, care, and holistic intention that define The WelLiLi studio.
