GLOW Intelligence Architect™
Aisha NajiNde is the Founder and CEO of The WelLiLi Co. — an ecosystem dedicated to designing the architecture of Amplified Holistic Wellness and the conditions that allow people and systems to truly GLOW.
Born in the Bronx and raised in Japan by a Japanese mother and Ghanaian father with roots in Burkina Faso, Aisha's worldview was shaped by movement across cultures, systems, and lived environments from the beginning.
She grew up inside a hair salon, where care was not theoretical. For the past six years she has been based across Southeast Asia and Japan, living and working between Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Tokyo, an experience that deepened her understanding of how wellness, identity, and daily life intersect across vastly different cultural contexts.
These layered experiences form the foundation of her human-centred, systems-based approach to wellness, beauty, and living well.
Her work is informed by graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, formal studies in systems thinking through Fritjof Capra's The Systems View of Life, participation in AfricaLive! Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at Harvard Business School, and over a decade of independent ecosystem building across beauty, culture, lifestyle, and wellness.
