About Me
I am a GLOW Intelligence Architect™ and Founder & CEO of The WelLiLi U.I.D.E.G Co. LLC.
I was born in the Bronx and grew up in Japan. My father is Ghanaian with Burkinabé roots. My mother is Japanese. I grew up inside a hair salon.
I have spent the last seven years living between Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Tokyo.
My training spans systems thinking, integrative wellness, and entrepreneurship, including Fritjof Capra's Systems View of Life, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Harvard Business School. My curiosity has taken me further, from nail technology and makeup artistry to sustainability and artificial intelligence.
In 2021 I founded The WelLiLi Co. This is what I built.

Everything I build comes from the same place. Something I wanted that didn't exist. Something I noticed that nobody was talking about. Something I needed and couldn't find.

The Work
Aisha grew up inside a hair salon — an early education in care, service, rhythm, and observation. There, she learned how safety changes people, how environments regulate nervous systems, and how identity is revealed when care is present.
Over time, her interests converged around systems thinking, holistic wellness, culture, and design. She formally deepened this lens through interdisciplinary study, including systems theory, integrative wellness, and entrepreneurship.
Through The WelLiLi Co., Aisha builds ecosystems that translate human intelligence — emotional, cultural, and systemic — into structures that support real life.
Her work bridges philosophy, care, technology, and lived experience to design conditions where alignment becomes sustainable.
