Vietnam is a rapidly developing, economically accessible country with strong cultural continuity and national coherence. While safety and growth trajectory are positive, infrastructure unevenness, environmental stress, and institutional opacity create structural trade-offs at macro scale. It is dynamic and upward-moving — but not yet structurally elite.
