One of EMK's favorite clarifying shampoos for textured hair, especially during protective styling routines.
We consistently use this shampoo while braids are still installed before takedown because the difference is remarkable. The scalp feels refreshed, buildup is effectively removed, and once the braids are taken out, the hair is significantly easier to detangle. This helps reduce unnecessary manipulation during one of the most delicate stages of protective styling.
Although the fragrance isn't our personal favorite, the performance consistently outweighs the scent. For us, it's a product that earns its place through results rather than fragrance.
