Aisha NajiNde is the Founder & CEO of The WelLiLi U.I.D.E.G Co. LLC, also known as The House of GLOW, and the creator of Amplified Holistic Wellness, the philosophy behind everything we build here. Her work looks at how people, environments, systems, culture, beauty, and movement all shape human well-being together, not as separate categories but as one interconnected picture.

That way of seeing things didn't come from a textbook first. It came from a hair salon.

Aisha was born in the Bronx and raised in Japan by a Ghanaian father with Burkinabé roots and a Japanese mother. She grew up inside her mother's hair salon, surrounded by beauty, care, community, and cultural exchange from an early age. Long before she had language for systems thinking or holistic wellness, she was watching it happen in real time, in a space where transformation and connection were just part of the daily rhythm.

Over the years that followed, she lived between Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Tokyo, three cities that shaped how she understands identity, movement, hospitality, and what she now calls the emotional architecture of everyday life. Moving through that many cultures at once has a way of making you notice things other people don't, like how a city's rhythm affects your nervous system, or how beauty rituals carry entire histories inside them.

Her education followed the same interdisciplinary instinct. She studied Fritjof Capra's Systems View of Life, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and went through Harvard Business School, while also exploring nail technology, makeup artistry, holistic beauty systems, and artificial intelligence along the way. It's an unusual combination on paper, but it's exactly the mix that makes GLOW Intelligence possible. You can't understand how systems and beauty and culture interact if you've only ever studied one of them.

In 2021, she founded The WelLiLi Co. as a long-term ecosystem for exploring what actually helps humans GLOW. Since then, her work has spanned philosophy, wellness systems, beauty innovation, cultural intelligence, editorial platforms, movement, hospitality thinking, and community-centered care. Through projects like BuLeJa, EMK Beauty House, HUEZ, LiA!!!!!, and GLOW ON for Africa, she keeps exploring the same core question from different angles: how do interconnected systems shape the human experience, and what would it look like to design environments and rituals that actually support people instead of draining them.

Her interests move across a wide range, but they all circle back to the same thing. GLOW as a living systems framework. Holistic wellness ecosystems. Emotional and environmental design. Beauty as restorative infrastructure, not just aesthetics. Cultural intelligence and identity. The future of hospitality and human-centered business. Wellness economies. ASEAN urban living. Movement and embodied wellness. And underneath all of it, the relationship between systems and everyday life.

Her long-term vision is simple to say and enormous in practice: a world where GLOW becomes part of how people live, move, work, gather, create, and care for one another, not as an add-on, but as infrastructure.
